Job summary

Techmer PM in Clinton, TN is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee safe and efficient operations during the assigned shift. You will supervise employees, drive on-time deliveries, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety standards.

The role relies on Lean and Six Sigma tools, 2-3 years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of QMS and D365 ERP. This is an on-site position with a 2-2-3 schedule and a salary range of $60,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of prior manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience using a Quality Management System (QMS) in manufacturing.
• Proficient with MS Office and Microsoft D365 ERP.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools to resolve problems.
• Experience deploying manufacturing metrics (KPI).
• Experience in compounding polymers or related field.
• Strong organizational skills; team builder; GMP experience.
• Spanish bilingual preferred (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and efficient operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise employees to fulfill the mission and goals of Techmer PM.
• Drive on-time deliveries by coordinating scheduling and manpower efficiency.
• Lead 6S, Kaizen activities, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain ISO 9001 compliance and participate in audits as needed.
• Administer Absentee Control and disciplinary actions when required.
• Conduct quarterly employee reviews and development planning.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on corrective actions.
