MITER Brands is seeking a Night Shift Production Supervisor in Flower Mound, TX. You will supervise a fabrication team on the 2nd shift, typically 7:00pm–5:30am, with occasional Saturdays during peak periods.

The role emphasizes LEAN process improvement, staffing, coaching, and achieving quality and delivery targets while controlling costs. A college degree and 3+ years in manufacturing leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing leadership role with multi-line responsibility.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and related tools.
• Strong communication skills with team development focus.
• Background in LEAN process improvement and operations management.
• Ability to plan staffing and scheduling for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication team to meet quality, productivity, and cost goals.
• Manage staffing, orientation, training, and team development.
• Improve processes, reduce costs, monitor quality, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Schedule departments to meet manufacturing requirements while minimizing costs.
• Plan departmental operations by priorities and sequences for production.
• Develop and revise standard operating practices and ensure compliance.
• Enforce safety rules and company policies among plant staff.
• Recruit, hire, train, discipline, and coach employees.
• Motivate staff to achieve results.
