Job summary

MITER Brands in Nokomis, FL seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 5:00pm–1:30am). You will supervise a production line, enforce safety and quality standards, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing leadership, a Lean mindset, and proficiency with MS Office. This role offers overtime potential and comprehensive benefits through MITER Brands.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years in a manufacturing leadership role with multi-line responsibility.
• Strong background in LEAN process improvement principles and process management experience.
• Experience improving operations (units per hour, reduced costs, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads by example with safety, integrity, efficiency and creativity.
• Schedules and directs team members on the production line with clear task expectations in safety, quality and productivity.
• Provides coaching, feedback, and development opportunities; cross-trains and rotates team members.
• Maintains time and production records; ensures overall quality and integrity of line output.
• Develops and implements measures to improve manufacturing methods and equipment performance.
