Job summary

MITER Brands, a major window and door manufacturer in Nokomis, FL, seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Supervisor to lead the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 5:00pm–1:30am) with overtime as needed. The role focuses on safety, quality, efficiency, and teamwork in a high‑volume production setting.

You will coach and develop team members, manage records, drive Lean improvements, and ensure equipment reliability while upholding company policies and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years in a manufacturing leadership role with multi-line responsibility.
• Strong background in LEAN process improvement and process management.
• Experience improving operations (Units Per Employee Hour, reduced costs).
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead production line teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Schedule and direct team members; provide coaching and recognition.
• Maintain production records and ensure product quality.
• Develop and implement manufacturing method improvements.
