Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all activities related to a production shift.
• Supervise 40+ employees.
• Ensure daily production requirements are met.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training of employees.
• Plan and assign work.
• Appraise performance and address complaints.
• Gather and report production data daily.
• Support quality initiatives.
