Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising a production/manufacturing team.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office and production databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the production team and daily operations on the shop floor.
• Ensure safety through training and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate daily goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment reliability and layout changes.
• Manage daily and weekly production requirements and scrap/labor costs.
