Job summary

EOS Energy Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills to meet daily manufacturing goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating material flow, supervising performance, and driving safety and quality. Occasional hands-on duties and shift coverage are expected to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or 2-year trade school degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing team members, including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective action, training, and timecard approvals.
• Mentor and motivate team members to increase engagement and maintain productivity and quality metrics.
• Plan, schedule and manage material flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Serve as communications hub for the team; disseminate timely information to stakeholders.
• Schedule routine manufacturing functions and repair of warranty products as needed.
• Monitor production flow using KPIs and data indicators; implement countermeasures and conduct root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing engineers to implement new processes.
• Perform hands-on production duties as needed; own quality output within the team.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment; enforce rules and safe practices.
• Report on performance metrics and adapt staffing to shift requirements (including second/third shifts, weekends, extended hours, holidays).
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
