Job summary

SeaCa Plastic Packaging LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee shift-based operations and ensure production targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role involves leading a team on the 7pm–7am shift on Tue-Sun and coordinating with maintenance for downtime reduction.

The candidate will monitor performance, conduct daily quality checks, and support training and progression of personnel, contributing to a productive and compliant manufacturing

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a production team and maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Experience supervising production staff in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel to meet safety, quality and production goals.
• Ensure conformance with OSHA, ADOSH, AIB and other regulations at all times.
• Plan, organize and implement process improvements to achieve goals.
