Job summary

American Bath Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Bootz manufacturing operation. The role leads a night-shift team of 8–12 employees on a fast-paced production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The supervisor will monitor performance, coach staff, enforce safety procedures, and maintain accurate shift documentation. Strong leadership, bilingual skills, and experience in a manufacturing setting are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to own decisions in a production/operational setting.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and enforcing safety requirements.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and accountability of frontline teams.
• Ability to work a night-shift schedule and maintain reliable attendance.
• Comfort working onsite in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Maintain visible floor presence while managing shift performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse teams.
• Accurate documentation of downtime, coaching, performance, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop approximately 8–12 production employees.
• Maintain floor presence while driving shift performance.
• Promote safe work practices including PPE, lockout/tagout.
• Monitor hourly production, output, and product mix against targets.
• Ensure quality checks are performed accurately.
• Track scrap, material usage, and controllable costs.
• Make routine shift and people decisions while supporting the team.
