Jobot is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for the night shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. The role focuses on leading nightly production, enforcing GMP, and driving safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Science, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing GMP and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire production process during the night shift.
• Implement and enforce GMP for product quality and safety.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment operation, and material supply.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize productivity and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and sanitation.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate expectations.
