Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a frontline manufacturing team on the night/day shift. You will drive safe, efficient, high-quality production while translating plant priorities into action and maintaining discipline on the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety mindset, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. This is a manufacturing-floor position with focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years previous supervisor experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, safety-focused leader with mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Safety leadership — conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training; investigate incidents.
• Quality & process control — sustain high-quality output and follow procedures.
• People management — supervise and hold team accountable with discipline.
• Operational oversight — manage area, monitor equipment, ensure housekeeping.
• Continuous improvement — lead process improvements and training initiatives.
• Shift continuity — communicate status and priorities to oncoming supervisors.
