Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a shift at our Hendersonville, NC location. The role focuses on maintenance, operations support, safety, and quality compliance, reporting to the Production Manager.

You will supervise line personnel, drive PDCA and continuous improvement, and ensure efficient bottle lines with emphasis on food safety and audit readiness. This is a hands-on leadership position with accountability for training and performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years previous experience in Manufacturing or a production environment.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and coach operators to resolve downtime.
• Coordinate with operations to balance production and maintenance teams.
• Maintain food safety and quality and support audit compliance and reporting.
• Define project priorities and lead production staff toward business objectives.
• Provide leadership and feedback using the Performance Management System.
