Lassonde Pappas & Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead line teams, uphold food safety and quality, and report to the Production Manager from Hendersonville, NC. The role emphasizes safety, audit compliance, and process improvement.

You will mentor operators, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with maintenance to ensure smooth production, while supporting training and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing or a production environment.
• Must have experience using a PC and business information systems/software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate line employees; maintain food safety and quality; audit compliance.
• Lead safety & health initiatives, and mentor production staff.
• Drive PDCA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with maintenance to optimize production lines.
