Job summary

You will oversee production planning, execution, and continuous improvement across the NEMA Motors division, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency on-site. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or an Associate's with 4+ years (or HS with 6+ years) and preferred supervisory experience in manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and familiarity with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 4 years experience OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 6 years experience.
• Preferred Supervisory experience in manufacturing; Lean Six Sigma certification; Shopfloor Display; SAP, Workday; Microsoft Office tools.

• Production Planning & Execution: Ensure production schedules and plans meet demand volume requirements and inventory service levels.
• Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement: Identify deficiencies in production areas and oversee improvements to productivity and quality.
• Leadership & Team Development: Maintain employee confidence, facilitate training, enforce policies, and foster a professional environment.
• Safety, Quality & Issue Resolution: Ensure safety, housekeeping, and quality standards and resolve critical product or equipment issues.
