Responsabilidades

• Organizes and allocates resources to meet production targets effectively and efficiently.
• Responds to resource issues; leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the unit or line.
• Ensures volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the production lines.
• Identifies deficiencies in the production area; proposes improvements and oversees implementation.
• Manages resolution of critical product or equipment issues with internal teams.
• Provides leadership and development to create a skilled work group; motivates the team.
• Communicates effectively with all levels of the organization regularly.
• Manages changes through effective change management techniques.
