RRC Solutions Group is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor for the night shift in Olyphant. You will lead a production team, manage tasks and attendance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role focuses on line performance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve daily production goals. Strong leadership and a solid technical background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/associate level or technical equivalence required with practical manufacturing experience.
• Experience supervising teams in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality systems.
• Ability to assess operator skills and coordinate targeted training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a night-shift production team, managing task assignments and attendance.
• Oversee production line activities, ensuring equipment functionality, quality, and timely goals.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to meet shift quality and delivery objectives.
• Facilitate employee training and development to meet standards.
• Ensure GMP compliance and maintain 5S/Continuous Improvement practices.
