Job summary

Nature’s Path Foods in Blaine, WA is seeking a Production Supervisor for nights (4 on/4 off) to lead large frontline manufacturing teams in a fast-paced food production environment. This role is accountable for safety, quality, people leadership, and output, ensuring lines run on time, on standard, and on budget.

You’ll be hands-on on the floor, make real-time decisions, coach and develop staff, and partner with maintenance, scheduling, R&D, and capital planning to sustain continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supervising large production teams (up to 60).
• Food manufacturing experience preferred (HACCP, SQF, QAI, Kosher).
• Strong safety mindset and OSHA knowledge.
• Proficient with production scheduling systems and MS Office.
• Ability to lead with clarity in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production and packaging teams (up to 60 team members).
• Ensure shift output meets schedule, cost, quality, and waste targets.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, LEAN, TQM, and food safety standards.
• Partner with Maintenance and Production Management on preventive maintenance planning.
• Coach, train, and develop team members; support performance management and reviews.
• Address performance or conduct issues quickly, fairly, and respectfully.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Scheduling, R&D, and Capital Planning teams.
• Model strong leadership through presence, accountability, and a willingness to work alongside the team.
