Job summary

Nature’s Path Foods in Blaine, WA is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead large frontline teams in a fast-paced food production environment. You’ll be hands-on on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output across packaging lines.

This role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing, experience supervising up to 60 staff, knowledge of GMPs, LEAN, and OSHA, and the ability to coach teams on 24/7 operations. The position offers a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with leadership of large teams.
• Familiarity with safety standards (OSHA) and food safety systems.
• Comfort using production scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate production and packaging teams (up to 60 team members).
• Ensure shift output meets schedule, cost, quality, and waste targets.
• Operate GMPs, SOPs, LEAN, TQM, and food safety standards on the floor.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production Management on preventive maintenance.
