Job summary

Nature's Path is seeking a packaging operator to support our plant operations in Blaine, WA. You will operate automated packaging equipment, set up machinery, and monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and reliability, with a 4 on/4 off schedule (7 PM – 7:30 AM) and a competitive benefits package. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred and English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Must have good attendance and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely with minimal supervision.
• Able to stand, twist, bend for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate various automated packaging & processing equipment.
• Set up machinery and ensure materials are available for each run.
• Monitor and replenish materials as needed during production.
• Visually inspect production runs and document results.
• Troubleshoot minor line and equipment issues and notify maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform set-up and changeovers of equipment.
