Job summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a Production Supervisor II to lead the Warrenton night-shift production team, ensuring safe, efficient operations and quality, while developing schedules and tracking product flow.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 8+ years of related experience, and Spanish language proficiency (bilingual English/Spanish preferred). Proficiency with AS400, APC, HACCP/SSOP is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Spanish language proficiency required; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Production Management and efficiency: manage productions to achieve optimum recoveries and labor goals.
• Team Leadership and Communication: manage production team metrics and communicate with leads.
• Administrative Duties and Development: track products using the AS400 system; daily inventory and quality checks.
