Qualifications

• Forklift certification preferred.

• Basic PC knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate team member duties; provide training; ensure deadlines are met.
• Quality and Supply Chain Management: Monitor performance; grade and maintain product specifications; verify quality; assist inventory tracking.
• Administrative Record Keeping: Maintain production records; price/purchase factory supplies; keep logs accurate.
• Health and Safety: Implement HACCP/SSOP requirements; ensure hygiene and safety procedures; conduct regular safety inspections.
