Job summary

Pacific Seafood is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor - Night Shift to lead the Clackamas warehouse. You will direct shift operations, build teams, and ensure timely, accurate order processing while maintaining safety and compliance.

Strong leadership and attention to efficiency are critical for this role. The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and two years of related experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent is a plus; Microsoft Office proficiency expected.
• Forklift certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Direct shift operation activities: build teams and assign accountability.
• Establish goals, objectives, and measurement criteria for personnel.
• Prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
• Monitor productivity and develop plans to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (HACCP/SSOP) across the team.
