Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Soft Chew C Shift Supervisor (12 hr Nights) to lead a team in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to batch records and SOPs while coordinating with warehouses and maintenance staff.

You will drive training, performance management, and cross-training across production lines, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in GMP manufacturing or 3 years leadership in a production setting.
• Committed to safety, hygiene, quality and cGMP practices.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting ability and strong attendance and safety record.
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold employees accountable.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coach shift teams to achieve department safety, quality, and scrap goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Own batch record instructions and material handling to ensure right first-time production.
• Organize shift staffing and equipment use for optimum productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage overtime.
• Lead investigations into safety, quality, and downtime events; implement CAPAs.
• Recruit, interview and advise on hires/promotions; cross-train across areas.
• Support weekly production schedules and cross-functional communication.
