Job summary

SCN BestCo in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor for the Soft Chew C line. You will lead 15–25 team members, coach shift teams to meet safety, quality and production goals, and coordinate batch records, materials and cleaning activities to ensure right‑first‑time production.

The role requires GMP manufacturing experience, strong leadership and communication, ability to train and evaluate staff, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, 12‑hour night shift.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing supervisory experience
• Ability to coach, motivate and hold employees accountable
• Strong safety, quality, and cGMP awareness
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage 15–25 staff on a 12‑hour night shift

Responsibilities

• Lead shift teams to achieve safety, quality and scrap goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Own batch records and ensure correct weighting per batch record instructions.
• Organize the shift for optimal use of personnel and equipment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor overtime.
• Lead safety, quality and downtime investigations and corrective actions.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures and cross‑functional communication.
