BestCo LLC in Mooresville, NC is seeking a Soft Chew C Shift Supervisor to lead 15–25 team members on a 12-hour night shift. You will coach shift teams to meet safety, quality and scrap goals, ensure batch records are followed, and coordinate material handling with the warehouse.

The role requires strong knowledge of GMP, ability to conduct investigations, participate in audits, develop procedures, and maintain team morale and accountability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• GMP manufacturing experience or proven leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching and accountability abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coach shift teams to meet safety, quality and scrap goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Lead production batch records and weigh materials per SOPs.
• Organize shift, manage personnel and equipment.
• Support safety audits and cGMP audits.
• Lead investigations into safety, quality and downtime.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures.
• Cross-train to cover vacations.
• Recruit interviews and hires.
• Communicate cross-functionally with safety, quality, maintenance.
