Job summary

District Photo Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Louisville, KY plant. You will lead a team to meet daily production goals, ensuring quality and on-time shipping while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, enforcing SOPs, and driving continuous improvement across departments. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading and motivating employees through consistent, effective and fair methods.
• Regularly supervises up to 20+ employees, including hiring, performance evaluations, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to meet daily production goals, quality standards, and service times.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Shipping departments to optimize workflow.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and safety programs are maintained.
• Coach and develop team members through training and performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative environment and manage employee relations.
