Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of manufacturing or production supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership aptitude and team supervision experience.
• Certification and/or License may be required during employment.

• Monitor production steps to meet safety, quality and output goals.
• Oversee equipment operation, cleaning, sanitizing, and repairs as needed.

• Supervise production scheduling and material readiness for runs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
