Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Platteville, CO is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a night shift team in a dairy processing plant. You will drive safety, quality, and cost goals while ensuring SQF/HACCP compliance and a positive, collaborative work environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of frontline leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and experience with UHT/UP dairy processes. Night shift premium applies, with a 6pm–6am schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering or Business.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or frontline leadership experience.
• Experience in UHT or UP dairy products preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP, SQF and food safety standards.
• Lean/World Class Manufacturing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production, warehouse, and supervisory crews.
• Coach teams to meet safety, quality, cost, and service goals.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Train employees in safety, HACCP, CCPs.
• SQF program development and compliance.
• Direct Quality and Maintenance personnel as needed.
