Job summary

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the facility’s safety culture and ensure safety training attended by all employees.
• Identify and retain highly effective personnel through proper selection and training.
• Partner with the Manager to ensure the department’s budget meets or exceeds financial goals.
• Maintain SQF Food Safety Code compliance and GMP audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI improvement across the department.
