Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Experience with production schedules and production planning to meet output and delivery targets.
• Production management skills, including coordinating resources, monitoring throughput, and optimizing processes.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, management, and cross-functional departments.
• Experience in food or ingredient manufacturing, knowledge of GMP and food safety standards, and familiarity with lean or continuous improvement practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in operations, manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts on a consistent schedule and to stand, walk, and lift as required in a production environment.
