Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking an Operator to run plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality container production. The role involves mold changes, process adjustments, and collaboration with maintenance and other operators.

You will monitor resin systems, perform on-line quality checks, and complete documentation while supporting shift supervisors and production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate a group of plastic blow molding machines and inline equipment to produce containers safely and with high quality.
• Perform mold, insert, and color changes on the line as needed.
• Monitor resin, dryer, material handling and color systems for proper processing.
• Make frequent on-time quality checks against established standards.
• Assist other Operators and maintenance personnel with mechanical repairs.
• Complete and file required documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the Production Shift Supervisor to align staff on line objectives.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and notify leads of major issues.
• Limited travel may be required.
