Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to lead production on the 3rd shift (9pm–5:30am or 1am–9:30am swing) in the Atlanta division. The role supervises hourly associates, focuses on high efficiency, safety, food safety, quality and cost metrics, and ensures smooth operational flow.

You will interview, hire and train staff, plan and direct work, appraise performance, and build positive associate morale while enforcing company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies.
• Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• High school diploma or GED; and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
