Job summary

Niagara Bottling is hiring Team Members for the Production Operator - Nights role in Carolina, SC. This position oversees daily production floor operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals, while adhering to food safety requirements.

The role requires 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with emphasis on safety, GMP, and consistent attendance. Training and growth opportunities are part of our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate's Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly; inspect product for defects.
• Follow GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate ability to work across production areas and assist with relief duties.
• Maintain regular attendance and be able to work 12-hour day/night shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
