Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift to manage daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput targets are met in a food-safety compliant environment.

You will complete hourly quality and production reports, visually inspect products for conformity, and report defects promptly. The role requires adherence to GMP, strong attention to housekeeping, and reliable attendance on a 12-hour night shift with a 2-2-3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience in a production environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect product for conformity.
• Maintain GMP and food safety standards; follow safety guidelines.
• Keep production areas clean and organized; monitor raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with relief duties as needed.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and be able to work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
