Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Production Operator to manage daily operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in compliance with GMP and food safety standards.

The role requires ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and to complete accurate quality and production reports hourly, supporting a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; 0–2 years acceptable.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Adherence to GMP and food safety standards is mandatory.
• Accurate hourly quality and production reporting required.

Responsibilities

• Operate daily production line activities maintaining safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly and inspect products for defects.
• Report quality issues to shift leadership and take corrective actions.
• Maintain GMP compliance and plant safety programs.
• Assist with housekeeping and material management to reduce downtime.
