Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the Night Shift to ensure the production floor runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards.

You will handle daily line operations, complete hourly production reports, and report defects. The role requires adherence to GMP/food safety, good housekeeping, and ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or night) on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line(s) to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; report defects promptly.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and perform relief duties as needed.
