The role requires the ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a rotating schedule, with opportunities to grow within the company and contribute to improving production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety and quality.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports.
• Inspect product for conformity and report defects.
• Maintain GMP and Food Safety standards.
• Support other areas and troubleshoot minor issues.
