Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the night shift to manage the production floor while meeting safety, quality, and throughput standards. You will be responsible for daily operations and data collection.

You will complete hourly quality and production reports, ensure GMP and food safety compliance, and maintain housekeeping across lines while supporting a rotating 2-2-3 schedule as required. Reliability and willingness to work 12-hour shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: associate degree or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the production line to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Accurately complete hourly quality and production reports and inspect products for defects.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety Standards and maintain plant safety.
• Maintain housekeeping and manage raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrate ability to work across production areas and assist in relief duties when needed.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and support a 12-hour shift schedule on a rotating basis.
