Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator for the Day Shift to run the production floor, ensure safety and quality, and meet throughput goals. The role requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards, with attention to housekeeping and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include operating lines, reporting quality issues, and managing raw materials to minimize downtime. Regular attendance and adaptability to a 12-hour day shift schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete hourly quality and production reports; inspect product for defects.
• Follow GMP and Food Safety standards; maintain housekeeping.
• Manage raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Attend shift with regular and predictable attendance; work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotation.
