Job summary

CraftMark Bakery is seeking a Production Operator Level 5 for the doughball line on the night shift in Indianapolis. You will operate automated equipment, assist with setup and preventive maintenance, and help ensure safety and quality across the line.

This role requires meticulous attention to GMPs, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to learn multiple assignments. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and 12‑hour shifts in a 2‑2‑3 rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, understand, write, and speak English or Spanish.
• Able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Stand for a 12-hour shift.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safety first in all manufacturing activities.
• Maintain GMPs and food quality standards.
• Partner with team to maintain consistent line operation.
• Ensure machinery is running properly; report issues to supervisor.
• Input data into the ERP system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of machinery in the area.
• Keep the work area clean and debris-free.
• Other duties as assigned.
