Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking Production Operator - Nights at the CAROLINA plant. The role oversees daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality and throughput while meeting production goals.

The position requires adherence to GMP and food safety standards and includes performing reports and duties across multiple production lines. Applicants should be prepared for a 12-hour night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, with a focus on reliability, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily activities of the production line, ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly and reports defects to leadership.
• Adheres to Niagara's GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintains housekeeping and proper raw material levels to minimize downtime.
• Demonstrates ability to work in all assigned areas and perform relief duties as needed.
• Maintains regular attendance and can work 12-hour day or night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
