Job summary

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in field or manufacturing environment not strictly required but preferred (2 years).
• Experience managing people or projects not strictly required but preferred (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Accurately completes applicable quality and production reports hourly; report defects.
• Adheres to GMP and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas and related zones.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required; operate on 12-hour shifts (day or night) on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
