Treatt Plc is seeking an Experienced Operator for night shift in Lakeland, FL. You will perform advanced production and inventory tasks across blending, distillation, Treattarome processing, and stock control, with opportunities to assist in training and process improvement.

The role requires technical proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting team objectives. The position emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and readiness to work overtime, including

• Requires HS diploma or GED with technical training preferred.
• 1–3 years in production, inventory, or logistics roles is desirable.
• Forklift and HazMat certifications strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production equipment (blending tanks, stills, pumps).
• Perform material handling tasks with forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Conduct quality readings and document specs.
• Dispense, label, and package products accurately.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts (JDE or similar).
• Support shipping/receiving operations and documentation.
• Lead sanitation and cleaning procedures for equipment and areas.
• Identify and escalate equipment or process issues; assist troubleshooting.
• Mentor entry-level operators and support onboarding/cross-training.
• Ensure GMP, safety protocols, and standards compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Specialize in blending, Treattarome, distillation, or stock control.
