Job summary

TREATT NORTH AMERICA in Lakeland, FL is seeking an Hourly Team Lead to oversee daily production and inventory across blending, distillation, Treattarome processing, and stock control. You will provide frontline leadership, ensure safety, quality and productivity, coordinate workflows, resolve issues and support continuous improvement while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; leadership training preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in production or logistics with demonstrated leadership.
• Forklift and Hazardous Materials certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the activities of Operators across assigned production areas.
• Ensure daily tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate issues to maintenance or supervision.
• Review and validate production documentation, inventory records, and quality checks.
• Train and mentor team members; support onboarding and cross-training efforts.
• Enforce GMP, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Communicate operational updates and priorities to team and leadership.
• Support audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving team-level issues and conflicts.
• Ability to work flexible hours to ensure coverage when warranted.
• Coordinate with planning, QC and QA to meet product specifications and timelines.
