Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Palletizer Operator based in York, PA (Farmbrook plant) for the 11pm–7am shift. The role involves maintaining production area safety, performing case making, inspection, and packing of finished products per procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Proficiency in computer usage and basic typing.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while remaining positive.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks within set guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Follow packing instructions and inspect finished product for defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operations in the production area.
• Notify supervisor of potential quality or machinery issues.
• Assist in rework and heldware to ensure timely completion.
• Train regular and temporary staff on stacking, packing quality, and case machines.
• Complete required written documentation and reports.
