Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America seeks a Production Supervisor for the Nights (D Shift) to oversee assembly operations and lead a high‑performance team. You will plan daily production, monitor safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across processes and people.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and lean manufacturing knowledge, with responsibilities including coaching staff, running shift reports, and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Experience in high speed, automated manufacturing is required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead teams.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and safety regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise employees in Panasonic production process.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate staff; assign and direct work.
• Monitor KPIs for Safety, Financial, Production, Quality, Manpower.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with other supervisors.
