Responsibilities

• Operate machines as assigned.
• Maximize output by minimizing downtime and waste.
• Keep machine and floors free from debris and product.
• Identify and resolve machine problems quickly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Ensure product is produced/packaged per quality standards.
• Lock out machinery per safety policies.
• Complete Critical Control Points checks.
• Monitor equipment regularly.
• Maintain quality and food safety standards during operations.
• Clean and sanitize areas during changeovers.
