Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in manufacturing with a supervisory role.
• Experience with a variety of manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to employee involvement and continuous improvement.
• US work authorization; ITAR compliance requires US person.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow on the production floor to meet daily goals.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to increase throughput and reduce downtime.
• Coach and develop operators; review performance and attendance.
• Ensure staffing levels and enforce safety, housekeeping, and policies.
• Support hiring decisions and investigate incidents with the Safety Manager.
