Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Six Sigma, or APICS certification preferred.
• Proven leadership, business acumen, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct night-shift production across machining, tooling, and finishing teams.
• Oversee staffing, duty assignments, and processing schedules within budget and time limits.
• Partner with Quality to uphold precision standards and enforce safety policies.
