Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data access requirement and related eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow through the department daily to meet production schedules.
• Ensure daily production goals are met in quantity and quality.
• Utilize production methods that reduce cost and increase productivity.
• Observe and report shortfalls to the supervisor and maintain performance standards.
• Maintain equipment via TPM or equivalent methods.
• Communicate effectively with team members and shift leadership.
• Assist with scheduling changes and overtime as needed.
• Ensure adherence to work instructions, labor reporting, and audits.
